After honing his skills in various establishments across Cork City, Ryan embarked on a journey to the United States in 2018, where he refined his craft in diverse culinary environments from West Palm Beach to Martha's Vineyard. Today, Ryan is celebrated for his ability to seamlessly blend his Irish heritage with American influences, creating dishes that showcase his dedication to innovation and excellence.
